A communal swimming pool, is available  and includes a children's paddling pool in attractive grounds. The pool is open all year.

A sunny balcony, just outside the third bedroom, overlooks both pools and is perfect for early morning sunbathing, reading or watching the children in the pool.

You are free to park in any of the spaces near to the townhouse, many of which are shaded.

We have a local Spanish gardener who ensures that the garden is maintained to a high standard throughout the year.
